My name is Rafael but most people call me Ralf/Ralfy/Raff. Born and raised in Waterbury, C.T, ever since I was a kid I always loved making people feel good and helping people out. The shop is more than just a place to get fresh — it’s a vibe, a safe space, and a whole experience. No matter what kind of day you’re having, you’re always welcome in this chair. Whether you pull up laughing or quiet, you’ll leave feeling lighter, sharper, and seen. I proudly cut all ages — kids, teens, adults — and the environment is always kid-friendly and family-focused. I’m also certified through Sensory Safe Solutions to work with kids on the spectrum or with sensory sensitivities, and I take that responsibility seriously.
